COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CONSENT

Within the scope of the Healmeup platform, I have shared my contact details and other personal data with Destek Her Yerde Bilişim Anonim Şirketi.

I accept that commercial electronic messages may be sent to me in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (No. 6563) and related legislation; for the purpose of providing information on the services offered to me, communicating on purchase processes and contractual obligations, and informing me about services, campaigns, discounts, new features, events and similar promotional activities offered by Healmeup.

I am aware that within this scope; my name, surname, mobile phone number, e-mail address and other contact details shared by me may be recorded, stored, updated, classified in accordance with the relevant legislation and, where necessary, shared in a limited and proportionate manner with business partners, suppliers, technical service providers and authorised institutions and organisations within the scope of legal obligations, domestically or abroad.

I give my explicit consent to the sending of commercial electronic messages to me through electronic communication channels including SMS/short message, phone calls, automatic call systems, e-mail, in-app notifications, social media and online advertising networks.

I am aware that I may stop receiving commercial messages at any time by using the opt-out mechanism in the messages sent to me or by updating my communication preferences through my Healmeup account; however, legally required notifications may continue.

This consent is given of my own free will and my other rights regarding my personal data are reserved.
