Explicit Consent Text Under Personal Data Protection Legislation

I have read and understood the Information Notice presented to me by Destek Her Yerde Bilişim Anonim Şirketi ("Healmeup"), the Data Controller under the personal data protection legislation.

I GIVE MY EXPLICIT CONSENT knowingly and willingly for Healmeup and its business partners to process my personal data and to carry out marketing, analysis and advertising activities directed at me, and in this context to contact me via SMS, e-mail, mobile notifications and similar communication channels.

I am aware that I can withdraw the explicit consent I have given within the scope of the information above at any time by making a request to the Data Controller through my e-mail address registered in the system.

Healmeup will cease to process my relevant personal data for marketing, analysis and advertising purposes if I withdraw my explicit consent. However, withdrawal of explicit consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing activities carried out on the basis of explicit consent before the date of withdrawal.

Healmeup will retain my personal data by taking the necessary technical and administrative measures in cases and for the period permitted or required by the applicable legislation; and will delete, destroy or anonymize them when the relevant periods expire.
